Return and Refund Policy
At Sabr India, we want you to shop with complete confidence. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags intact.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns are accepted for store credit only, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
How to Initiate a Return

If your return request is accepted, we’ll share a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a clear, unedited video of the product unboxing as proof of its condition upon arrival.
- The video should clearly show the package opening and product inspection.
- Email the video from the same email ID used for purchase to sales.sabrindia@gmail.com along with your Refund Request ID.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the refund request being declined.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Our team will promptly evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get your preferred size or product is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds / Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
